Based on an earlier Alliance-sponsored project, the Digital Entertainment Needs Assessment Study, we understood that a substantial percentage of online households want the type of functionality iPTV (Internet Protocol television) can deliver, including time-shifted TV programming, multi-room viewing options, and the ability to surf the Web while watching broadcast programming.
